Chamberlain Backhoe Service, d.b.a. CBS Equipment Rental, founded in 1957, is a Southern California based operated equipment contractor that has worked on thousands of commercial and residential structures for over 50 years. Our Specialty

CBS specializes in the excavation and compaction for concrete, electrical, environmental, landscape, masonry and plumbing contractors. CBS offers an hourly service rate or an optional fixed price contract (see our rates and current specials on the Price List page).

CBS has a large variety of equipment such as Backhoes, Mini Excavators, Dump Trucks and Skid Steer (Bobcat) Loaders. CBS has a multitude of attachments that include a large range of Buckets, Augers, Breakers, Compactors and Forks. Our equipment is fully insured, operated and maintained.

 CBS offers the “Turn Key” option at an affordable price. As a California licensed and skilled contractor we, offer  our customers a variety of different service combinations including: Cut, break and remove asphalt or concrete; Dig and haul away material; Dig, backfill and compact.
